Status in My JeffsFlix shows Up, Down or Unknown. You can sign in to My JeffsFlix while JeffsFlix is down.

Check Status

In the Plex app's settings, lower the quality for remote streaming.

Restart the Plex app, then the TV or streaming box. If you can, connect the TV to the router with a cable.

One title buffers and the rest play? Open it in My JeffsFlix and choose Report a Problem.

Sign in to Plex with the account the invite went to. Only that account has JeffsFlix.

Invite not accepted? Sign in at app.plex.tv and accept it there.

Accepted, and still no JeffsFlix? In Plex, open More in the sidebar, find JeffsFlix's libraries, and pin them.

Contact support and give the email address your Plex account uses.

Choose Sign in with Plex and use the Plex account JeffsFlix is shared with.

If you see Refused, you signed in with a different Plex account. Sign out of Plex and sign in again with the right one.
